Mukund Sathe

CTO & Director

Mukund Sathe

Mukund is an industry veteran with 35+ years of experience in multiple industries. He served as a Scientific Officer in Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) working on Nuclear plants, worked in design engineering for Refineries and Chemical Plants, managed large scale IT accounts and businesses in HR, Telecom, Public Services, Finance and Education domains. Mukund is a Chemical Engineer with post graduate diploma in Software technology and holds Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from Project Management Institute, USA. He is also member of the executive committee of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Bombay Section and part of Business Networking group BNI. Mukund is CTO and director at e-Stone Information Technology and also Founder Director of THE DEAL APP, a technology product start-up.

Abhay Phansikar

Lead Technical Advisor

Abhay Phansikar

Abhay is a lead technical advisor with over 40 years of experience in design & development of Embedded Solutions in Defense, Telecommunications, Data Processing and Control Systems. Some of the systems he developed include Mission Critical Military Grade Systems, Air Traffic Controller Simulator, Radar Tracking Systems, and Solutions for Mobile Technologies, In-flight Entertainment.

Prior to Acevin, Abhay held various roles including COO, VP in Outsourced Product Development, Group Head of Embedded and Mobility Computing, and Chief Technical Architect. He is well networked in the industry and currently holds the position of Past Chair, IEEE Bombay Section and Execom Member, IEEE India Council.

Sanjay Shinde has been working in the Information Technology Field for over 2 decades. He has worked in the areas of System Administration, Network Design, IT Infrastructure sizing, Remote Infra Management, Virtualization and IT Consultation for customers across globe. He possesses broad base of knowledge in a variety of Operating Systems, software, Network Protocols, Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure, Contingency Planning and Disaster Recovery.

Smita is a results-driven HR professional with 16+ years of diversified career track in Human Talent. Worked with leading corporates in IT, BFSI & Education Solutions Industry. Skilled in Operations Management, HR Consulting, Executive Search, Team Building, and Technical Recruiting. Adept in working closely with different business functions and end-users to identify gaps in deliverable and design methods to bridge them. A good motivator with a Creative bent, she is Adaptable to change and a keen learner. Works as a Team Leader and Smita communicates ideas effectively and achieves desired goals.
